Return Process

You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, undamaged and complete.

Cancellation Policy

Before your order is shipped, you can cancel your order from the "My Account -> My Orders" section or by writing to [email protected]. Return procedures are applied for orders that have been shipped.

Refunds

After your return is approved, your payment is sent to your bank within 3-10 business days. For installment purchases, the refund amount may be reflected in installments by your bank.
